Formerly entrepreneurial culture. Good domain expertise.
Cons
Too narrowly focused, in terms of technical area. Company not growing for several years, meaning fewer growth opportunities
Advice to Senior Management
Having a religion major as a Chief Technology Officer is really inspiring, NOT!!
