You are in the company of smart people doing interesting work. You will get better as a professional. There is a lot of scope for changing within the company to work for the department you really like to be in. The company takes good care of rewarding the really top people. The poor performers generally get the idea and leave. It is a young crowd and a fun place to work with a college-like atmosphere. The management is also a pretty cool lot. Fairfax is a very nice place to live as well.

Cons

Salary is OK, not that great. Working on a customer facing role can get very stressful after a while.

Try to retain employees more and reduce high rate of college hiring.
