MicroStrategy Quality Engineer in McLean, VA:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Very team oriented work environment. You can learn a lot from other people. Provides self discovery for college graduates

Cons

Frequent changes in priorities. Should be comfortable executing in short time - unfortunately quality suffers (typical urgency in software business)

Advice to Senior Management

Sometimes it is good to calm down, take deep breaths and focus.
