No professional development unless you are in technology.
No tuition reimbursement.
Very much a technology driven company ( i.e. has not developed a true sales culture as of yet)

Advice to Senior Management

Bring back the stock purchase plan or create a program which allows strong employees the opportunity to gain stock options.
