Pros

There is quite a bit of growth potential if you want it. I felt as though I was part of the organization in which I worked and that my opinion was valued. I enjoy working with people who work hard to improve their area.

Cons

Job stability, it is difficult to plan your life when your not sure if the company or your position will be around in a year. The frequency of layoffs speaks to poor planning by the company to diversify.

Advice to Senior Management

I have only had one Senior manager who I felt was honest with his eventual reports. I would have to say that employees appreciate honesty whether the information is good or bad.
