I worked at Microsemi full-time for more than 8 years

Pros – Flexible schedule Convenient location. A liberal expense account

Cons – The best way to get ahaed is kissing the CEOs butt. If you are good at that, you will go far.

If you want to get a real look at the company, tiake a look at the income statemnt. They like to tout increased revenue. Who cares. Look at the botom line numbers. They have been bleeding red for quite some time. Going back five years the stock has only budged to the negative.

This is a company of unfulfilled hope. I have no idea why any anayst would considerer this company anything other than a sell.

Advice to Senior Management – Stop acquisitions. Take a breather, and have a solid strategic business plane
