I have been working at Microsoft

    Pros

Non-stop challenges and opportunities working on products like Windows. Healthy competition is driving us to innovate and evolve the most basic computing experiences. Clear direction & goals, professional and respectful work environment.

    Cons

During ship cycles the work can be quite demanding and we are never satisfied or 'done' with the product, always more to do!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Adopt lean and mean approach consistently across teams, keep awesome benefits in place, keep up the focus to improve pay competitiveness.
