Pros

winning ability, cash, tenacity, can stay in the battles longer to win etc.

Cons

sometimes we move slow and catch up later

    Love the Work Culture , Love the Perks , Management Principles

    Cons

    We deal with a lot of North American Customers and that requires a majority of us to work in Night Shifts . Cant complain about that tough :)
