Mixed. Met some great people, and learned a few things, but the organization doesn't make you better.

I have been working at Microsoft full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Some very intelligent people in the product groups, get to work with some innovative products, and the library is wonderful.

Cons

There is a lot of red tape, and silence on important issues. The training you get is the wrong training, unless you're getting technical training. Redmond is the center of the company, and if you want to do something important, you need to be in Redmond.
