most senior program managers in technical teams suffer from lack of base computer science knowledge which makes them make wrong trade offs.

    People are nice and you have a chance to learn a lot on the job. Free beverages are a nice perk.

    Hard to get hired as an FTE. Just when you think you've worked long enough as a contractor...nope.
