    Pros

smart people, lots of resources, global ambition, some very good foundational systems

    Cons

the complexity of the model driving software and services means people spend so much time in their own realm there is little colloboration

    Advice to Management

allow free thinking - and encourage folks to move across boundaries

    Pros

Multiple personalized cafeterias, free equipment, office with a door, awards, smaller org setting within a huge company, work-life balance, higher pay, benefits, stock options

    Cons

Curve review system for FTE that forces managers to give high performing members of their org a bottom score. Mandatory attrition.

    Advice to Management

Revamp the review system so everyone has a scorecard that is evaluated once per quarter then the stack rank at the end of the year per level will have metrics and be founded on a more concrete structure.
