Solid coding in a varied but silo'd environment

Software Development Engineer (Current Employee) Redmond, WA

ProsTons of within-company opportunities, lots of data to work with, you can find great people, your work affects millions and millions of people.

ConsBureaucratic, engineering practices lag industry standards in many teams, the organization is anything but lean, there are plenty of leeches.

Communicate shareholder value goals all the way down to the base, and encourage quantitative thinking about scenarios instead of fuzzy story-telling.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
