Former Employee - Seasonal Administrator in Dublin, Dublin (Ireland)

I worked at Microsoft as a contractor (less than an year)

Pros

Subsidized cafeteria, free minerals/tea/coffee stations located around building. Relaxed work environment, casual work wear. Staff very friendly. Transfer between departments were available. Surprise treats such as chocolates and/or fresh fruit delivered to the floors.

Cons

Work late hours at end of fiscal period. Overtime pay for temporary employees was the same as normal pay. Permanent staff got great bonuses and overtime.

Recommends
Positive Outlook
