    Das Beurteilungssystem ist chaotisch (siehe mehrere Presseberichte), ein bestimmter Prozentsatz von Mitarbeitern wird jedes Jahr ersetzt, die Arbeitsbelastung beträgt gut 60 Std. pro Woche
