“Terrific pay and small team sizes”
I worked at Microsoft as an intern for less than a year
Pros – Nice pay
The size of my team was just right so we could be very productive by meeting all at the same time.
Cons – Structure of the company hampers creativity
Advice to Senior Management – Put forth more effort into innovation and modernization. Microsoft has too much emphasis on their finances.
