“A great place to be”
I have been working at Microsoft
Pros – Great products, good people, great benefits, amazing variety of opportunities within the company
Cons – Differentiation between top and middle, upper-middle perfomers is becoming less apperent/possible.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop funding projects/products which are death marches. Reduce the breadth of business to a smaller set tha play along Microsoft's strengths.
