ProsGot to work with some great folks.

ConsIf you are not promoted on a regular cycle, you are moved out of the company. Stack ranking creates a competitive environment that is detrimental to innovation and improvement.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet rid of stack ranking.

    Good for those that like that sort of thing
