I have been working at Microsoft full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Being a tester, if you believe you are not going to be important to the product, Microsoft is the place which will just prove you wrong. A tester is the one person that plays a vital role in the development of a product from conceptualization to making it market-ready. Microsoft gives you the freedom to work as per your core strengths, has a wonderful social culture and the campus here in India is just the best office campus you can find in the country!

    Cons

Microsoft is such a big IT company - it builds products for almost all tech. Aligning all its products together for a common goal is one of the big daunting tasks for Microsoft.

I worked at Microsoft as an intern for more than a year

    Pros

Microsoft's products are known worldwide. To work on a product and make so many customers happy is a really great feeling. Microsoft also treats its employees very well, with many the company's software and devices either being available for free or at a reduced rate.

    Cons

As you'd expect, the internal environment can be competitive. I don't treat this as a negative though, as it spurs employees to work hard to refine their ideas and work hard to achieve the best result.
