Fantastic place to work.

User Experience Designer (Current Employee) Seattle, WA

ProsQuality of life, benefits, pay; working with very smart (and nice!) people to solve very interesting problems. Tough to ask much more of "work."

ConsInherent to working within a large organization is that the number of stakeholders you need to bring into alignment in order to bring an idea from concept to reality is quite large. If selling/proving the desirability, feasibility and viability of your product/idea is not your bag, then large organizations, in particular, are not for you. If, on the other hand, you relish this kind of challenge, and view it as simply another design challenge, then you will do well.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
