Microsoft Program Manager II in Redmond, WA:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Microsoft creates software and services used throughout the world - it's great to feel that you have an impact on that.

Cons

It's a large company with all the usual drawbacks associated with it. Having to put up with the public image of Microsoft can be detrimental to employee morale.

Advice to Senior Management

Please follow suggestions of Mini-MSFT - make the company leaner, meaner, and maintain an obsessive focus on customers and quality.
