Senior management didn't seem to change when employees opinions about them were expressed

Advice to Senior Management

The group that I was in for nearly 5 years would always have an annual poll about upper/senior management and ask what our opinions were. However, when opinions were voiced they didn't always seem to listen or at least do something about it. So my advice would be to follow through when employees voice their opinions about senior management.
