There are lots of pros at MSFT. You can have three or four careers without leaving a 20 square mile radius. There are lots of smart people.

MSFT has become a really big place. Its hard to find groups that are very entrepreneurial and dont get caught in the matrix life of big corp america.

Advice to Senior Management

Clear vision and strategy. You need to make the place feel smaller and you need to be more innovative in your approach.
