Working at Microsoft is all that everyone says that it is and more. They take care of their employees and are fair with salary.

Cons

Microsoft in its growth has gotten fat in some areas and there may be some trimming of the "fat" if the company is going to continue to succeed

Advice to Senior Management

Continue to stress cost efficacy for the company. Over the years Microsoft has gotten a bit stodgy and could use a more consistent approach at cost cutting and removal of ineffective businesses
