Pros

The incentives, perks, and benefits are very good. Most of the people I have worked with are very nice, motivated, and interested in the projects.

Cons

Review process doesn't seem to be a good technique for working comfortable.

Advice to Senior Management

More transparency on the job processes is required in order to improve the team productivity.
