ProsThe company is large and diverse, meaning that you have a lot of opportunity to work on what you really like, all the while maintaining the same benefits and compensation.

ConsOne downside to Microsoft could be that it is a large company. If someone prefers a small feel, Microsoft does not offer this.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe stack rank system is self destructive. I have heard it is being phased out, and I believe that this will minimize internal competition.
