Pros

Good equipment, training and learning opportunities, flexible work hours

Cons

Pay is not at the level of Google, Facebook or Apple.
Stack ranking system at appraisal time leads to back stabbing. It's more about your image and how people perceive you rather than your actual performance. Those who know how to play the game will succeed.
