    Pros

Microsoft is a great place for people who enjoys family life and work-life balance. Also for people like me, stability and long-term business is a bug plus.

    Cons

can't complain about anything really. What others deem the biggest cons of Microsoft (the internal conflict) I see as a necessary price to pay for diversity.

    I worked at Microsoft

    Pros

Lots of smart techy people under one roof. Definitely not a sinking ship by any stretch of the imagination.

    Cons

A lot of re-orgs in Office meant a lot of down time, and a lot of internal politics to fill up open management positions that arise.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
