Pros

Great working environment. Very good salary, stock grant, and cach bonus. Good upper management. Work and life balance.

Cons

Look around at other successful companies in the valley. The culture. Microsoft's SV campus is lacking.

    Pros

    There is almost limitless opportunity to learn technology and advance with some of the brightest people in the technology industry today.

    Cons

    Depending on the division you're in, you could be stuck with middle management that unfortunately has been around too long and no longer have a passion to see their team excel and therefore you live under that shadow.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get rid of middle management that have been around too long. Seek fresh leadership that cultivates morale and ups the motivation of each team.
