    I have been working at Microsoft full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Growing market, smart and engaged coworkers, lots of room to innovate, good culture, located in the heart of the SF Mission District, transparent company culture, free coffee from Grand.

    Cons

    Not totally established yet (startup), don't have a few of the perks of working at a very large corporation, but I was still happy to leave a large corporation to work here.
