    1. Invest in new innovation, Do not spend money on buying company likes aQuantive or Calista. Microsoft has world talent employees, use them in developing the best product. Recognize middle level managers who motivates team to success of company.
    2. Do not loose top talent for competitors. Remember hiring is tough.
