I have been working at Microsoft full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Technically challenging and love the user experience work I'm currently doing. Great benefits, flexible work schedule, work/life balance, ability to work remotely in some positions.

    Cons

Until recently, highly competitive due to the old review structure. We'll see what changes in 2014 to make it more open for employees to move to One Microsoft.
