    I worked at Microsoft

    Pros

Worked with brilliant people and learned a ton in each job. Great benefits for full-time employees

    Cons

Be prepared to work all the time - no work/life balance, despite paying a lot of lip service to it. Very hard to get decisions made.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop reorganizing all the time.
