Good place to work if you find the right team

Senior Software Development Engineer (Current Employee) Redmond, WA

ProsGood benefits.
Pays is good.
If you stay long enough you can get your own office.
Can work with some very smart people.

ConsQuality of management can vary from team to team.
Don’t expect to use many non-microsoft tech.

Advice to Senior ManagementShip more products faster. Get rid of the dead weight.
