Invent more products and simplify products. Divest legacy non-core products.

Current Employee - Technical Solutions Professional in Cambridge, MA

I have been working at Microsoft full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

The culture is one of helping one another. It is generally encouraged to seek new positions that match your desires, and your manager will help you to make a path to get there.

    Cons

No more free healthcare. Otherwise, no cons

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider ways to improve the personal outlay for the healthcare. High deductible plans are hard to deal with when you have lots of family health issues.
