I have been working at Middlebury Interactive Languages
Pros – Overall a great place to work. Flexible with time off and sensitive to individuals' individual working styles. Good pay but slightly less than average benefits.
Cons – Non-technical (development) management/execs are sometimes placed in positions by executives (it's who you know that matters I suppose) so, there are some unqualified people you end up interacting with on occasion. Not horrible, but very annoying. Getting equipment and other resources approves is an absolute nightmare even for critical needs.
Advice to Senior Management – Get rid of unqualified upper management and executives. Create a stable environment by only engaging individuals that are committed to the long haul. A new executive every 6 months who brings his/her friends with them is extremely counterproductive and looks bad to those outside the organization.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
