Very pleasant place to work

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at Middlesex Savings as an intern

Pros: Friendly atmosphere, people are helpful to get you up to date with all the work… Cons: If you start as an intern it is hard to get into a full-time position - the turnover at the bank is very low,… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More

Overall a great place to work

I worked at Middlesex Savings

Pros: Great people - the company values community. The hours are great and they really respect work-life… Cons: Top management doesn't do much to keep the workers informed of changes, or status on… Advice to Senior Management: You could trim down on the number of back-office employees (get rid of the folks not pulling their own weight) and then give nice raises… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
