Talented people work there and it's a great place to grow.

Cons

Job security is poor but this is mostly due to poor economy

    Pros

    Flexible Time is offered. Original manager was excellent, (He is no longer here)

    Cons

    Poor communications with those Working offsite; Contact is only made when the office needs something. Too many Management changes and their roles and responsibilities are not shared with the employees. Professional reviews / feedback are not meaningful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    There must be a reason why top mangers in St. Louis leave so often. Find out and cure the problems.

    I worked at Middough

    Pros

    Flexible schedule; management willing to balance schedules; personable employees and friendly work environment; decent entry level career choice; good opportunity to make connections and network with other businesses - many people move on to work for other firms with more advancement opportunity and better pay; interesting work that exposes you to many different levels of engineering giving you the ability to narrow down your likes and dislikes for future employments.

    Cons

    lack of training and overall management; confusing structure with no real hierarchy of how work is distributed; promotions and raises not based on competence or actual work done; people not necessarily hired/promoted based on competence or ability; no real opportunity for advancement within the office

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Better leadership and supervisor skills over those leading projects; better training programs; better recognition of employee skills and stregths.
