  2.

Terrible place to work!!! Members are very entitled...and management wants you to work 70hrs+ per week.

    Pros

Co-workers are great. You also get a free membership which is ok.

    Cons

Please check other clubs around the area before applying for this one. Out of all clubs in Chicago, this one offers the lowest hourly rate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management's expectations are ridiculous! They really do not care about you or your personal life. Normally you will have only 1 day off per week and management still makes you feel guilty for having a day off.
Senior management only thinks about the money..that's it! Turnover is really high..but again, it does not matter to management.
