I have been working at MileOne Automotive full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Mercedes-Benz break down often and are expensive to maintain, so the small commission plan does work for the expensive services that are charged.

Cons

No training, horrible health plan, and miserable customers. Annual reviews never happen, turnover is complete - every position has a new person in it, and not thru promotion.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

No advice to Management, these folks will be with another Organization within a year anyway.

I have been working at MileOne Automotive full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The leadership at MileOne is open to new ideas and feedback to better both the customer experience and business. In addition there is opportunity to learn through corporate training programs but also from those around you if you take the initiative.

MileOne does automotive sales in the right way and keeps the customer and employee first. It’s a good feeling to go to work where you know that you’re going to be given the tools to be successful.

The company is also VERY involved in the community. Did you know that they adopt firehouses and renovate them? There is always something going to to help out from corporate to the local dealerships. To be involved with a company that cares about the community around it is a great feeling.

    Cons

MileOne is a fast paced environment and if someone isn’t the “hit the ground running” type of person with a high focus in customer service they might not do well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

MileOne has grown as a company through acquisitions which means there are different processes that people have to do the same thing. As the company aligns I would encourage them to have a high level of communication with its employees.
