Millers Ale House "A good place to work"

Restaurant Manager (Former Employee)
Orlando, FL

ProsThe staff was friendly and the managers were fair. At times we were understaffed but you have tom do with the money you have.

ConsIt was very long hours but all restaurnt jobs are like that. Place got a bit roudy at times with drunk customers, but that is to be expected at a sp[orts bar.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe management staff was good, but employees git a little too laid back at times. Jobs werent always done at 110 percent.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
