Terrible IT department - If you care for your life/work-life balance this is not the company for you

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
Milwaukee, WI

I have been working at MillerCoors

ProsSome people are nice (if you are lucky)
Top management's dialogue is nice (but this is where it stops)
Lot of talk about diversity (if you get a good manager they will appreciate, otherwise it's all talk)

ConsCompetitiveness will kill you
People like to step on to your toes constantly and back stab you
They don't care about your work life balance
Consultants are in much better shape then employees, every 1 hour overtime they get paid, no one care for the employees - unspoken rule of working 60 hours a week means nothing to anyone

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease see what kind of middle managers you are bringing on board. Your try to become best company may stop right there.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
