I have been working at MillerCoors full-time for more than 10 years

ProsWorking for beer company can be lots of fun. Get to work with many cross functional teams regularly and distributors.

ConsWhile they stress a performance culture, sometimes the wrong people are getting recognized and promoted. These people just tell people what they want to hear.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou need to live to the same accountability you ask from your employees.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
