    Pros

MillerCoors isn't as politically charged as other companies I have worked with. They set aggressive goals but make the appropriate investments to ensure the goals are achievable. The leadership team is approachable and the employees are generally friendly and happy.

    Cons

There are some very rigorous processes in place to ensure reporting accuracy and accountability. Those processes can be overwhelming and tedious, taking your focus away from other activities.

Currently losing a lot of good people

    Pros

Salary is ok, benefits are good, love making beer

    Cons

Losing a lot of good people due to the culture. There is currently an extreme drain going on in talent there. Upper management plays favorites and seems oblivious that several of their favorites are complete slackers. Corporate lives the good life while the plant slaves away (notice the positive "work life balance" comments are for corporate and Golden positions). Little respect for knowledge of the craft of brewing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Headcount reduction and reorganization has gone way too far. Problems with production are related to not having front-line supervision and the people on the floor were given nowhere near the kind of decision-making and technical skills needed to replace them.
