MillerCoors is a fun company which takes care of its employees.

Corporate Engineer (Current Employee)
Milwaukee, WI

I have been working at MillerCoors full-time for more than 10 years

ProsThere are many perqs for those living in Milwaukee - local discounts and freebies, cheap on-campus healthcare. The company is successfully growing their high-end beer presence.

ConsCorporate and brewery staffing has been reduced over the past few years - there are some expertise gaps, but plenty of opportunities for outside ideas.

Advice to Senior ManagementFind a way to return Coors Light and Miller Lite to growth, to keep the breweries running at full strength. Continue the practice of setting achievable stretch goals as the basis for annual bonuses.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
