Good benefits, not so great everything else

I have been working at MillerCoors part-time for less than a year

ProsFree beer, make great friends, family feel to fellow employees

Conspoor pay, absolutely no room for advancement, poor management, advancement based on "who you know" not what you do

Advice to Senior Managementgive us more room for advancement in every department, increase pay since everyone else makes at least quadruple what we do...
