Cons

For salaried employees, very long hours if you are a grade 7 or above. Disgruntled and lackluster union workforce, union workers do very little work, complain quite a lot, and get paid very handsomly for doing nothing.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop cutting into salaried worker's benefits to offset high union expenses.
