ProsThey overpay for the work.

ConsThey overwork people, have sloppy department structure, and don't encourage growth or strategy. They undermine efforts through being overly gracious and concerned with feelings.

Advice to Senior ManagementGo on unemployment and do the College a favor.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Great place for academics and work

    I worked at Mills College as a contractor for less than a year


    Pros: Beautiful campus, motivated students, very professional and focused staff. Cons: Lots of on campus events, so parking can be difficult. More
