. Management was just and fair in accessing the performance and competence.
. MindTree is a people friendly organization when compared to lot of other IT Service companies in India.

Cons
. Since focus of the company is all possible service lines in IT Consulting, you will find Technical Skills are lacking among the leaders.
. Variable pay was paid once a year at the end unlike other companies which paid variable pay every quarter.

Dude,
Ones experience in a company like MindTree which has 7000+ people varies based on the team, immediate supervisors, clients you worked with. Also it depends on the individual and his handling of the specific situation. You seem to be generalizing saying all of MindTree is not good, which I am sure will not be true. I still overall Mindtree is better than other IT service companies in India.

my GOD.. Mindtree is a PEOPLE FRIENDLY ORGANIZATION? then i donn think u have seen other companies who are really people friendly. is this your first and foremost job? look at other companies buddy. mindtree is very bad in caring for employees
