I worked at Minnetronix as an intern (less than an year)

Pros

People are great to work with, they are always willing to help.
Environment is relaxed, allows for flexibility

Cons

Hard to get others attention despite it being a small company.
Immediate supervisors had a lot on their plates so it was hard to get feedback as an intern.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you're doing but keep the same small company feel.

    I worked at Minnetronix full-time

    Pros

Good variety of work, new projects start about every 9 months or so. CEO tries to make the company environment fun with almost weekly internal activities and a half dozen external activities throughout the year. People are by and large all skilled in their disciplines and helpful.

    Cons

Company growth has driven the need for more middle management and a fair amount of it from the outside and its changing the culture in a negative way. Senior management tends to delegate this and other decisions more than it should.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

See to it that management hires know the culture you're trying to maintain and hold them to it. Delegate, but also sample inspect.

    Neutral Outlook
