Current Employee – been working at Mission Hospital

Pros – Patient population is great to work with. Very salt of the earth people for the most part.

Cons – With the economy and budget cuts everyone is feeling it. But they are making cuts in the wrong places. Forcing us to work short staffed doesn't put the patients at risk. And now the nurses are nervous and unsatisfied with increased patient load.

Advice to Senior Management – Don't make cuts in staffing. There are other places, providing competent care should be our focus, not the budget.
